First up, DEI’s Jeep Header Wrap Kit, is designed to prevent plug wire and boot melting when installing shorty headers on your 2007–2011 Jeep JK V6. The kit has everything you need for a typical set of shorty headers:

  • Two 25’ rolls of Titanium Exhaust Wrap
  • Eight 9” stainless positive locking ties
  • Four 14” stainless positive locking ties
  • Six 8” Titanium Spark Plug Boots

The American-made components withstand temperatures up to 1,350 degrees and resist many hazards of the engine bay, including solvents, oils, fuel, acids, and chemical spills.
