The 3.0L V6 turbo engine in 2014–2015 Jeep Grand Cherokees provides a modest amount of power but is paired with a stock air intake system that may cause unnecessary air turbulence and slow the volume of airflow reaching the engine.
K&N has your answer. The 57-1570 air intake system is engineered to replace the factory air filter and air intake housing. Its free-flowing, roto-molded, high-density polyethylene tube is meticulously designed to be aerodynamic—and when paired with the included oversized conical air filter can increase airflow to your engine by up to 50% (the filter is washable and reusable to boot). You’ll enjoy up to 100,000 miles between cleanings under normal highway driving conditions.
K&N’s 57-1570 system also offers a black powder-coated aluminum heat shield, protecting the air filter and intake air from hot engine bays. The air intake tube funnels airflow directly into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque; in fact, dyno testing of a 2014 Grand Cherokee saw an increase of 12.67 horsepower and 30.94 ft.-lb. of torque.

K&N (54-5000): Orion Universal Air Intake System
The universal Orion air intake system from K&N is engineered to increase volumetric efficiency and engine horsepower. The Orion uses K&N’s famous removable cotton gauze air filter and offers the benefits of an open-cone filter and standard air box in one unit. In addition, the plastic injection-molded housing acts as a heat shield to prevent power loss. Assembly designs were flow tested for many hours to achieve Orion’s final shape.
K&N 54-5000 includes a template to cut your own vinyl wrap to customize the housing, a 76mm air filter base flange, and a 100mm housing intake. The filter base has a 1/4” NPT threaded fitting to accommodate an optional vent adapter.

K&N (71-2545): Blackhawk Induction Air Intake System
The K&N 71-2545 Blackhawk Induction Air Intake System for the 2011-2016 Challenger/Charger/300 6.4L is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air intake system that is guaranteed to gain power. It replaces your vehicle’s restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This low-restriction system allows your engine to inhale a larger amount of air than it would from the stock air intake. More air means more power and acceleration. This product comes with black components including a K&N high-flow air filter and heat shield. The tube features an attractive, textured, black powder-coated finish and an engraved K&N plate welded on–creating a clean, high-performance look under the hood. The intake tube accommodates the factory air temperature sensor and crank case vent hose. The oversized cone-shaped air filter is made from an oil-free synthetic filter medium that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed, depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install, usually only 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points and commonly available tools.
