MSD Performance (85557): Pro-Billet Distributor with Black Cap for Chevy V8

The most popular performance distributor from MSD Performance is now available with a black cap that includes 316 stainless steel terminals. The housing is machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum on a state-of-the-art CNC machine to achieve exact tolerances. The 85557 Pro-Billet distributor offers high-RPM stability, a QPQ coating to reduce friction and corrosion, a high-output magnetic pickup for accurate ignition triggering, and no moving parts to wear or adjust. Plus, MSD has included different springs and stop bushings for application-specific curve tuning.

Note: For use with MSD 6-, 7-, or 8-series ignition. Will not accept a vacuum advance canister.
