The top skin is die stamped and laser cut from 12-gauge steel plate—strong enough to survive off-road encounters that would send a plastic fender to the trash pile.

Rugged Ridge made the other elements tougher than they need to be, too: stylized front plates, contoured base plates, and marker light brackets are all CNC bent from 3 mm steel, while integrated amber LED corner lights keep the whole setup highway friendly.
